摘    要:制动器是汽车制动系统的主要组成部分,是汽车行驶安全性的重要部件之一。作为一种新型的制动部件,盘式制动器与传统的鼓式制动器比较,具有散热快、重量轻、构造简单、调整方便、制动效果稳定、热稳定性好、高负载时耐高温性能好等优势,正越来越广泛地应用于轿车、客车和重型载货车上,有着非常好的发展前景。

Abstract:Brake is the main component of the automobile braking system and one of the important parts of automobile for safe driving. As one kind of new brake part, the disc brake has the advantages of radiating quickly, light weight, simple structure, convenient adjustment, stable brake effect and good thermo stability compared to the traditional drum brake, and is superior in resistance to low temperature of the high load and so on. Disc brake is more and more widely applied on the motor car, the passenger vehicle and the Camion, has the extremely good prospects.
