连翘药材化学成分指纹图谱研究

摘    要:以山西省绛县种植的连翘为研究对象,研究其高效液相色谱指纹图谱。结果表明:1)供试的8种样品共有18个共有峰,且指纹图谱相似度均在0.90以上,说明各来源地样品虽然存在差异,但同时也具有较好的相关性。2)样品2,样品3,样品4中各活性成分含量相对较高;样品6,样品7,样品8中各活性成分含量相对较低,提示连翘药材在种植时应选择在阳坡或河槽边。

Abstract:With Fructus forsythiae of Jiang County in Shanxi province as the research object,Its HPLC fingerprint spectrum was studied.The results showed that: 1) There were 18 of peaks in 8 samples and their similarity was over 0.90,indicating that samples from different origin places have good correlation each other.2) In sample 2,3 and 4,the contents of active constituents were high,whereas sample 6,7 and 8 low,suggesting that Fructus forsythiae should be planted on sunny slope or beside river.
