摘    要:采用大田及盆栽试验,研究了新的复合型植物生长调节物质─—益穗素对水稻产量及部分生理指标的影响.结果表明:在孕穗末至始穗期喷施益穗素可显著增加稻谷产量,维持剑叶较高的净光合速度,提高叶片蛋白质含量;喷施后第5天,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显下降,此后维持在较低水平,降低较少,而未喷施的对照植株,其SOD活持续下降.

Abstract:The influence of Yi-Sui-Su,a new complex plant growth regulator,on grain yield and some physiological characteristics of rice planted in field and pot was investigated. The results showed that the grain yield as well as seed setting rate of the rice plants sprayed whth Yi-Sui-Su during the later booting to the early heading period were significantly increased.The flag leaf dur-ing 15-20 day after sprinkling the regulator remained a high net photosynthetic rate,whereas that of the untreated leaf gradually declined after heading.There were higher total and soluble protein contents in the treated leaves than those in untreated ones.Superoxide dismutase activities of flag leaf was found lower on the fifth day after sprinkling, but stopping decreasing during the next ten days,in contrast, that of the check plants were continously diminishing. It implied that there was less O_2 produced in chloroplasts after spraying Yi-Sui-Su due to the promotion of carbon assimila-tion.
