| 摘 要： | 以北京市丰台区为例,采用1997~2008年的相关统计数据,对丰台区土地利用效率水平进行了测度和评价,在对其动态变化过程进行研究的基础上,构建多元线性回归模型,对其土地利用效率的影响机理进行了实证研究。结果表明,丰台区土地利用效率总体水平在逐年提高,但是与其他同类型区域相比仍存在较大差距;政府对土地市场化的推进和管理力度、产业结构是影响其土地利用效率的主导因素。并结合研究结论提出了促进城乡结合部地区土地集约高效利用的一些对策与建议。
