| 摘 要： | 目的]对内蒙古不同地区罗布麻POD同工酶谱进行比较分析,为该地区罗布麻的育种利用及亲缘关系的鉴定分析提供依据。方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,研究了内蒙古通辽、巴彦淖尔、包头3个地区罗布麻子叶期叶、茎、根的POD同工酶酶谱特征。结果]内蒙古3个地区罗布麻苗期叶、茎、根POD同工酶酶带的位置、数目和强弱均存在一定的差异。3个地区罗布麻叶、茎、根POD同工酶酶谱共有44条带,可明显划分为1和2区,其中强带集中在2区,占总强带的79%;而中强带和弱带主要集中在1区,分别占中强带和弱带总数的75%。结论]内蒙古3个地区罗布麻遗传多样性比较丰富。
