| 摘 要： | 香菇是著名的食药兼用菌,生产原料广泛,价高易管理,是一种投资少,经济效益高的生产项目。根据湖北荆门、襄阳等地农村的春季代料香菇种植情况与种植经验,对当地春季代料香菇免割栽培技术进行了整理与总结。香菇免割栽培技术省工省时,菇形完整,成品率和经济效益得到提高。
