摘    要:目的]探索经不同菌源诱导黄粉虫产生的免疫物质——抗菌肽对病原菌是否存在活性差异。方法]通过饲细菌、针刺饲真菌法诱导饥饿处理过的黄粉虫幼虫产生免疫反应,研磨、冷冻离心法获得抗菌肽提取物,采用抑菌圈法测定其对26种病原菌抑菌活性,利用三等分法划分4种类型评价抑菌活性及抑菌谱。结果]经不同菌源诱导黄粉虫所产生的抗菌肽抑菌活性及抑菌谱上均存在明显差异。结论]生防菌源在诱导昆虫体液免疫物质——抗菌肽表达上具有明显优势。
