樟子松干栖真菌类群的研究

摘    要:采集樟子松树干基部、中部、上部的干皮材料,用PDA综合培养基进行分离培养,并对获得的真菌菌株进行形态学鉴定。结果表明,从供试材料中共检出樟子松干栖真菌19种,其中干基部13种,干中部9种,干上部7种。

Abstract:The bark materials of base,middle and upper parts of Pinus sylvestris var.Mongolica trunk were collected.The PDA comprehensive medium was used for isolated culture and the obtained fungus strains were identified morphologically.The results showed that 19 strains of fungi on boles on Mongolica were detected from tested materials in total,among which 13 strains were from base part,9 strains were from middle part and 7 strains were from upper part.
