海南杜鹃扦插繁殖技术初探

摘    要:[目的]研究海南杜鹃最佳扦插繁殖技术。[方法]以NAA和IBA为生长调节剂,于2009~2010年对海南杜鹃进行嫩枝扦插试验。[结果]在冬季扦插中,以600 mg/L NAA处理的生根率最高,为86.7%;以800 mg/L NAA处理的平均根长最长,为37.1 mm。在春季扦插中,以400 mg/L IBA处理的生根率最高,为75.0%;以800 mg/L NAA处理的平均根长最长,为40.3 mm。[结论]扦插季节对海南杜鹃扦插生根率的影响不显著,该研究结果为海南杜鹃的实际生产提供了参考。
