25%多福克不同配比对绿豆根腐病菌联合毒力的测定

摘    要:采用生长速率法测定了25%多福克不同配比对绿豆根腐病菌的抑制作用,通过不同浓度配比的多菌灵、福美双、克百威混剂对绿豆根腐病菌抑制试验和机率分析,确定了这3种药剂不同配比的联合毒力,为3种药剂的定型配比提供了依据。试验结果表明,多菌灵∶福美双∶克百威以8∶9∶8混用对绿豆根腐病主要致病菌的抑制作用最佳,联合相加作用明显,其毒力比值即理论EC50/实测值最高,为1.44。

Abstract:Inhibition action of 25percent Carbendazim Thiram Carbofuian mixture against the root rot pthogens in mung was assayed in the laboratory using growth velocity method.Bioassay results showed that there were a obvious synergized inhibition of the mixture(Carbendazim∶ Thiram∶ Carbofuian=8∶ 9∶ 8) on mycelial growth of the Root Rot Pathogens in Mung with EC50 as 1.44.The EC50 value will be useful for deciding the ratio of the mixture.
