| 摘 要： | 从地租的产生、地租的决定、地租的形式等方面比较了马克思地租理论和西方经济学地租理论。并结合工业生产的利润概念,辨析垄断利润与绝对地租、级差地租Ⅰ和级差地租Ⅱ的异同。论证认为,土地制度和与之相应的地租分配反映了一定时期的利益关系。在此基础上,尝试解释我国不同历史时期农村和城市土地制度和地租分配方式和分配关系的变化。

| Abstract: | The Marx's land rent theory and western economic rent theory are compared in this paper from the aspects of land rent,rent decision,rent form and other aspects of land.Combined profits of industrial production,the concept of absolute rent and monopoly profit,differential land rentⅠand differential rent Ⅱare analyzed.Study suggests that land rent system and the corresponding distribution theory of land rent reflects the interest relationship in the certain period.On this basis,the paper tries to explain changes of the rural and urban land rent system and the allocation relationship in different historical period. |
