长沙县森林火灾发生规律研究

根据长沙县"十一五"期间森林火灾发生的统计数据,从地域、时间、火因和肇事者等分析森林火灾发生的规律.结果表明:森林火灾发生存在明显的地域差异,据此可分为重灾区、较重灾区、较轻灾区、轻灾区和无灾区;森林火灾主要发生在防火期内,其中春防期明显多于冬防期,2月或3月为高发期,一天中的起火高峰在10:00—18:00;森林火灾发生主要由人为因素引起,森林火灾的肇事者老人最多,占30.6%。通过对森林火灾发生规律的调查分析,为长沙县"十二五"期间的森林火灾防控对策提出了建议。

The study on occurrence regularity of forest fire in Changsha County

According to th. e statistics of forest fires during the ＇ Eleventh Five-Year＇ in Changsha County, the occurrence regularity of forest fire were analyzed with geography, occurrence time, fire reason and perpetrators factors. The results show that： forest fires have obvious geographical differences, whereby can be divided into the hardest disaster area, heavy disaster area, lesser disaster area, light disaster area and no disaster ares. The forest fires occurred in the period of the control fire period, and it occurred spring is more than winter, precaution of February or March. The high incidence of a day in the fire peak at 10：00--18：00. The forest fires is always caused by human factors mainly and the perpetrators of forest fire is the old man and up to 30. 6%. Based on the investigation and a- nalysis of forest fire occurrence regularity in Changsha County, the forest fire prevention and control measures during ＇Twelfth Five- Year＇ were proposed.
