摘    要:对海南红豆和南五味子的1年生实生容器苗进行3℃的低温胁迫处理后,研究其光合特性的变化。结果表明:低温胁迫处理后,海南红豆和南五味子幼苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔限制值(Ls)均下降,而叶片细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)上升。低温胁迫6 d后的海南红豆各项光合指标的变化幅度均比南五味子大,说明后者比前者更耐寒。

Abstract:The photosynthetic physiology of Ormosia pinnata and Kadsura longipedunculata seedlings at low temperature stress (3 °C ) was studied with test materials of one-year-old seedling. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ), stomatal conduct- ance( Gs ), transpiration rate ( Tr ) and stomata limitation ( Ls ) decreased significantly, while intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ci ) increased under low temperature stress for 0. pinnata andK longipedunculata seedlings. Under low temperature stress of after 6 days, the range of variation photosynthetic indices of 0. pinnata were much higher than that ofK Iongipedunculata. The results suggested that low temperature resistance in K. longipedunculata was greater than in 0. pinnata.
