水培和土培茶树的显微及超微结构比较

摘    要:用光学显微镜和电子显微技术观察比较了水培和土培茶树根、茎、叶的解剖结构.水培条件下茶树叶片和茎的发育速度减慢;叶内海绵细胞排列疏松,叶绿体数量减少;根缺乏根毛结构;根细胞淀粉粒数量增加,单宁颗粒减少.土培茶树根细胞具有丰富的核糖体结构。

Abstract:The anatomic structures of soil and solution culture tea plantswere studied by optical and electron microscopy. Jnder solution culture conditions, the developments of tea leaf and stem slowed down; the chloro-plast in mesophyll cells decreased and cells in spongy tissue became loose; the epidermal cells of roots did not transform into epidermal hair structures; the starch granules in roots increased but tannin granules decreased. Root cells of soil culture tea plant contained abundant ribosomes.
