"郑麦9405/皖麦19"F2植株籽粒中水溶性和非水溶性戊聚糖含量的分布

摘    要:为了给戊聚糖在小麦品质改良中的利用提供参考,本研究以小麦杂交组合"郑麦9405/皖麦19"F2植株群体为试材.采用地衣酚-盐酸法分析了335个单株籽粒全麦粉的水溶性戊聚糖(WSP)和非水溶性戊聚糖(WIP)含量.结果表明,双亲郑麦9405和皖麦19的水溶性戊聚糖含量分别为1.25%和0.65%,非水溶性戊聚糖含量分别为6.25%和8.13%;F2代植株群体的水溶性和非水溶性戊聚糖含量的平均值分别为1.07%和5.97%,其中,水溶性戊聚糖含量大于高亲值(1.25%)和小于低亲值(0.65%)的分别有47株和2株,大于1.7%的有6株,非水溶性戊聚糖含量大于高亲值(8.13%)和小于低亲值(6.25%)的分别有6株和190株,高于8.50%和低于3.50%的分别有3株和5株.可见通过杂交可以在具有不同水溶性和非水溶性戊聚糖含量的亲本组合后代群体中筛选出高、低水溶性戊聚糖含量的育种材料,对小麦品质育种具有一定的实际意义.
