保鲜剂处理对贮藏期冬枣好果率的影响

摘    要:研究了保鲜剂对贮藏期冬枣好果率的影响。结果表明:采前15 d使用液体保鲜剂1号进行全树喷洒效果较好,好果率最高;CSP固体保鲜剂的保鲜效果也很好,且使用方法简便。

Abstract:The effects of antistaling agents on the fresh fruit rate of Ziziphus jujuba cv Dongzao during storage were studied.The results showed that the fresh fruit rate was the highest,when the liquid antistaling agent was sprayed on the whole tree 15 days before harvest.The aplliction of solid antistaling agent CSP was simple,which had a good effect.
