摘    要:为满足摩托车发动机电喷系统匹配需要,采用层次分析方法解决了发动机各性能指标的多目标优化问题,提出了一套摩托车发动机最优喷油量匹配标定试验方法。基于自主开发的摩托车电喷系统建立了试验台架,进行了发动机台架试验,获取了电喷发动机不同工况下的最优喷油脉谱图。在线试验结果表明,基于该最优喷油脉谱图电喷摩托车发动机的动力性能、排放性能、经济性能皆优于传统油器式发动机,验证了所提出的最优喷油量匹配标定方法的可行性。

Abstract:To meet the matching needs of the motorcycle engine electronic fuel injection system, in this paper, multi-objective optimization problem is solved in analytic hierarchy process,and a matching test method of the motor engine optimal fuel injection quantity is proposed. A test bench developed independently based on engine fuel injection system is established. On this basis, the bench test was conducted and the engine optimal fuel injection MAP diagram was got. The test showed that engine power, emissions performance and economy of electronically controlled motorcycle engine were superior to the traditional carburetor engine. It’s proved that the proposed optimal matching method of basic fuel injection quantity was possible.
