摘    要:针对复杂机电系统振动信号呈现复杂非平稳性的特点,采用Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)和基于小波包分解的频带能量比例非线性分析方法,对机电转子系统碰摩和不对中故障试验信号进行分析.分析结果表明:基于非线性分析的HHT和小波包频带能量比例方法弥补了原有传统频谱分析的不足,可以清晰的表征故障的瞬时和局部特性,实现故障特征的有效提取.

Abstract:According to the non-stability of vibration signals in complex electromechanieal system, applying modem nonlinear analytical theory and method and combining Hilbert-Huang transform and the power ratio analysis of different frequency bands with wavelet packet decomposition we studied the rub-impact and misalignment fault experiment vibration signals of an electromechanical rotor system. The results showed that aforementioned analytical approaches could offset deficiency of the traditional spectral analysis and could present fault signals instantaneous/ local characteristic clearly to achieve efficiency extraction of fault properties.
