摘    要:目的 研究 EGF-R mRNA在小鼠输卵管、子宫和卵巢中的表达.采用 RT-PCR 技术检测小鼠排卵期和怀孕1~5d的输卵管、子宫和卵巢中的EGR-RmRNA的表达。结果表明所研究各时期小鼠输卵管、子宫和卵巢中均有丰富的EGF-R mRNA 活性,其中输卵管活性相对较弱,子宫和卵巢活性相对较强。进一步证实雌性生殖道分泌的EGF家族生长因子对自身组织也有重要作用

Abstract:To examine the activity of EGF-R mRNA in the mouse oviduct、uterus and ovary at the time of ovulation and during days 1 - 5 of pregnancy. The level of EGF-R mRNA activity in the mouse oviduct、 uterus and ovary was measured by RT-PCR technique. A strong ac- tivity of EGF-R mRNA was observed in the oviduct、the uterus and the ovary of the mouse during the whole period studied. The level of expression in the oviduct was lower,in compar- ison with that in the uterus and the ovary. These results suggested that the epidermal growth factor family had effects on the mouse oviduct. uterus and ovary.
