| Abstract: | Based on the natural and social conditions in Zixing,Hu'nan Province,the losses in forestry caused by the snow and ice disasters in 2008 are introduced.The proper forestry ecological construction planning is put forward,and its ecological,social and economic benefits are analyzed. |
