房式仓双层风网立体通风熏蒸试验报告

在仓内原有地槽机械通风系统的基础上，再在粮堆中层设置数条铁制矩形打孔管道，使同一粮堆内形成双层立体通风网络，不仅有效地消除了单独使用地槽通风降温时形成的死角，彻底解决了PH3在粮堆中扩散不镁、渗透力差的弊端，而且节能降耗，减轻了熏蒸投药的劳动强度。同时，采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板、石膏板等，对仓顶屋面、粮堆四周、墙壁供风导管管口及门窗等易传热部位进行隔热处理，使储粮长期保持在相对低温状态下，有利于安全储藏。

STEREOSCOPIC VENTILATION IN WAREHOUSE INSTALLED DOUBLE- DECKER VENTILATION DUCT SYSTEM

On the mechanical ventilation system basis,many rectangle steel tubes with holes were installed in middle-layer of grain bulk to form double-decker ventilation net.It eliminated not only dead-corner during fumigation only using underground ventilation duck improving PH 3 uniform distribution and permeability,but also can save energy and labour.At the same time,some parts easy to conduct heat like roof,surroundings of grain bulk,inlet of duct,doors and windows were insulated against heat with polystyrene foam plates and plaster plates to maintain relatively lower temperature.
