精喹草除灵对泥鳅的急性毒性及血清同工酶的影响

摘    要:摘要:采用96h半静水实验法研究了精喹•草除灵对泥鳅急性毒性,试验结果表明:精喹•草除灵对泥鳅24、48、72、96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为5.77、5.44、4.73、4.45mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为1.45mg/L,精喹•草除灵属于高毒级除草剂。应用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了泥鳅血清中酯酶同工酶(EST)与过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)酶谱变化。结果表明:与对照组相比精喹•草除灵对泥鳅血清酯酶 ( EST)和过氧化物酶 ( POD)的活性均有显著影响,不同染毒时间对EST和POD的影响不同, 24h随着药物浓度的上升,两种酶活性均呈显著增强;表现为应激性;48h的高浓度组活性最弱,酶表达受到抑制;96h均有所增强,表现出一定的适应性。

Abstract:Abstract: Using 96h semi-hydrostatic experimental method to study the acute toxicity of Quizalofop-P-ethyl•Benazolin on Misgurnus angullicaudatus. The results showed that the 24h,48h,72h,96h median lethal concentrations (LC50) respectively were 5.77mg/L, 5.44mg/L, 4.73mg/L, 4.75mg/L, and the safe concentration(SC) was 1.45mg/L, and according to the toxicity standard Quizalofop-P-ethyl•Benazolin belongs to highly toxic herbicide. The expression specificities of two isozymes (EST POD) in serum were studied by using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that compared with the control group Quizalofop-P-ethyl•Benazolin has significant effects on the activities of EST and POD of misgurnus angullicaudatus. And the effects differ with the differences times of exposures. In 24h, with the rising of the concentrations of drugs the two isozymes activities increased, expressing their irritabilities; in 48h the acticities showed the weakest which showed the inhibatilities; But after 96h treatments enhance slightly, showing the adaptability.
