| Abstract: | The environment administration guidance may help and promote the sustainable development of forestry,maintain and promote the social public welfare.It can avoid stiff and disorder regulation,advance the development of forestry industrial production and provide the elasticity and the fill function for the forest management legislation.In our country's forestry sustainable regulation,the environment administration guidance obtains the widespread application,and it has the positive policy significance in the forestry sustainable regulation. |
