摘    要:摘要:采用参与式小组和个体访谈,对我国东、中、西部农村科普试点关键人物和典型农户进行了调查和访谈。结果表明,农村科普传播者包括政府、科技团体、农业企业、科研机构、农业科技专家、示范户、志愿者等;基本建立了县域农村科普投入、检查和激励机制,搭载了农村科普传播平台;政府主导传统农业技术推广基础上和政府引导下多载体服务型农村社区群众性科普模式为目前我国农村科普主要模式,但科普方式及内容等仍缺乏长效机制。根据研究结果,“公益”和“产业”双轨运行的农村科普模式将是目前适应新农村发展创新模式。

Abstract:Based on the field survey data and the interviews of the farmers and other key-person,the paper compared the model of science and technology popularization in different rural regions in China.The results showed that the disseminator included the government,the group of science and technology,agricultural enterprise,scientific research institution,demonstrated farmers and volunteers.In rural,the investment and inspect and prompting mechanism of rural science and technology popularization has been found.At present,rural science and technology popularization based on the agricultural extension dominated by the government and depending on the rural community leaded by the government are the main models in the rural regions,but there are many limitations of these two models.According to result,the paper put forward that the model of commonweal combined industry will be the best model for the rural development,and this model has obtained large achievements.
