| 摘 要： | 以小麦秆锈菌的3个生理小种与感病品种浙麦1号为试材,进行了小麦秆锈菌单小种与混合小种侵染的流行学初步研究,结果表明:小种混合接种较同期的单小种接种的普遍率和严重度高;不同处理的流行曲线为近似的S形,曲线方程为Y=1[1-M×exp(-N×t)],流行曲线下面积为nA=∑i=112(yi+yi-1)(xi-xi-1),且小种混合接种对小麦千粒重的影响最大;小种之间在流行学上存在着互补和拮抗的作用。

| Abstract: | Epidemiology of infection of single and mixed physiological races of wheat stem rust was investigated by using three races and a susceptible cultivar Zhemai 1. The result indicated that the diseases severity of mixed races was higher than that of single race in the same time. The epidemiological curves of different treatments were "S" shape, the diseases curve equation was Y=1[1-M×exp~((-N×t))] and the A (Area Under Disease Progress Curve,AUDPC) curve was A=∑ni=112(y_i+y_(i-1))(x_i-x_(i-1)). Inoculation of mixed races had more impact on the weight of 1000-grain of wheat. There existed the repulsive and complementary interaction between different races on epidemiology. |
