摘    要:简要介绍了苹果多酚的提取、分离现状,以及在油脂、肉制品、口香糖和保健食品等的重组应用,并对苹果多酚的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The research status of extraction and separation of apple polyphenols were reviewed in this paper.Recombining application of apple polyphenols in oils,meat products,gum and health foods were introduced.Meanwhile,prospect for the application in future were proposed.
