| 摘 要： | 伴随着国际经济合作不断加深,法律英语作为一门专业英语日益受到重视,然而,受语境制约的法律英语需在特定的语言环境下教学才能收到良好的效果。文中首先从法律英语的特点写起,从而阐述在法律英语教学中应用案例教学法的必要性,然后归纳出案例教学法的特点,最后论述实施办法及如何应用等问题。

| Abstract: | With the international economic co-operations deepening day by day,legal English is becoming more and more important as a kind of specialized English.However,the teaching of legal English,which is restricted by the context,will be successful only under the special language environment.In this article,begins with the features of legal English,and shows the possibility to apply the case teaching in the teaching of legal English,then induces the features of the case teaching,eventually discusses the problems of how to operate and apply it into practice. |
