| 摘 要： | 文章根据笔者多年从事试验基地建设和运行管理工作的亲身体验,阐述了我国农业科研单位原试验基地所面临的困难和建设新试验基地的必要性,以及选址工作对基地建设、运行的重要性,介绍了基地选址的一般工作程序,分析了各种因素对基地建设、运行所产生的影响,明确了应将区位条件、交通条件、政府重视程度、水利条件、农业产业结构、专业满足程度、建设成本、规划条件、拓展空间、污染问题和农民矛盾等列为基地选址的主要评估因子,并提出了科学评分,民主决策的工作方法。这些经验和教训可供我国其他农业科研单位建设新的试验基地参考。
