黑翅土白蚁对菌草竹荪的取食性研究

摘    要:为了明确黑翅土白蚁对竹荪栽培过程的主要影响。本研究通过观察黑翅土白蚁工蚁的觅食行为,进行了黑翅土白蚁对5种材料(竹荪、竹屑、菌草草粉、菌草竹荪培养料、竹屑竹荪培养料)的取食选择性的研究。结果表明:菌草草粉和竹屑的被食率显著高于其他3种试验材料的被食率而竹荪被食率为0;菌草草粉与竹屑的泥被面积和泥被覆盖率显著高于其他几种材料。这都表明竹荪菌丝及其子实体散发出来的挥发性物质可以抑制白蚁取食,白蚁为害竹荪主要是对栽培料的破坏。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the impact of Odontotermes formosanus to cultivation of Dictyophora,this study was performed to study the food choice of Odontotermes formosanus to 5 materials(Dictyophora,bamboo,Juncao meal,Juncao compost for Dictyophora,bamboo compost for Dictyophora) by the observation of the foraging behavior of this termite.The results showed that consumption rate of Juncao meal and bamboo were significantly higher than others ',and the consumption rate of Dictyophora was 0.Meanwhile the mud sheet area and mud sheet covering rate of Juncao meal and bamboo were significantly higher than others ' too.These all indicated that the volatile substances the mycelium and sporocarp of Dictyophora send out could inhibit termites ' feeding.And the harms of termites for Dictyophora were mainly damage of cultivation materials.
