| 摘 要： | 过敏已成为一种重要的安全问题,引起人们的广泛关注。很多植物性食物中含有抗过敏成分,对抗过敏功能性成分的研究,有助于解决过敏问题。综述了目前研究较多的几种植物及其提取物中的抗过敏成分。

| Abstract: | The allergy has become an important safety issue,which gradually caused widespread concern. Many plant foods contain anti-allergic ingredients. The study on the anti-allergic ingredients could solve the security problem effectively. Several plants and anti-allergic ingredients in the plant extracts were summarized. |
