桃、李种间杂交花粉萌发及花粉管行为的观察

选用3个桃Prunus persica(L)Batsch]品种和4个李(Prunus salicina Lindl.)品种观察了种间杂交时花粉萌发及花粉管的生长状态。结果表明,李的花粉在桃柱头上的萌发及花粉管的生长都受到很大的阻碍,很少有到达花柱基部或子房上端的花粉管;而桃花粉在李柱头上的萌发及花粉管的生长都很正常,与桃品种间杂交没有差异。即桃和李间存在着单侧种间不亲和现象,而这种单侧种间不亲和现象的原因可能是花柱长度及花粉粒体积的差异。

Observation on the Pollen Germination and the Pollen Tube Behavior Under Interspecies Crossing Conditions Between Peach and Plum

Three peach Primus persica (L.) Batsch] varieties and four plum (Primus salicina Lindl.) varieties were used for observing the pollen germination and the growing state of the pollen tube under interspecies crossing conditions . The results showed that the plum pollen germination on peach stigma and the pollen tube growth within the peach style were retarded severely, and few pollen tubes could reach the style base or the upside of ovary. But the peach pollen germination on plum stigma and the pollen tube growth within the plum style were normal and there was no difference between the interspecies crossing and inter-varieties crossing of peach. It is believed that there was unilateral interspecies incompatibility between peach and plum. The reason caused the unilateral interspecies incompatibility may be the difference between the style length and the pollen grain volume of peach and plum.
