| 摘 要： | 本试验用强迫猪链球菌反复通过不易感的鸡体继代的生物学方法,选育出一株弱毒猪链球菌。测定结果表明,其培养、生长、染色、形态和生化反应等基本上保持了原型菌的特性,免疫原性强,安全性与稳定性好。

REPORTS ON PRODUCING ATTENUATED C_(135) BACTERIA OF STREPTOCOCCUS SUIS |

| Abstract: | The C_(135) strain attenuated from a prototype of streptococcus suis through repeated insusceptible chicken passage pathway is successful and here presented. The result of the test showed that the characteristics of the culture, growth, staining, morphology and biochemical reaction of C_(135) attenuated bacteria were basically similar to those of streptococcus suis. The C_(135) strain is immunogenically stable, and appears quite safe with no evidence of reversicn. |
