气象日历的创意设计与制作——以固原市气象日历为例

为了服务地方经济、普及气象科普知识、提高公众应用气象知识的能力,介绍了在通用万年历的基础上,经系统设计,引入气象科普信息,包括增加关系民生的重大天气气候概率、灾害性天气防范技术、农林牧生产关键期气象信息、二十四节气、气象谚语适用性、气象业务工作和气象产品应用价值点评等,并结合VB语言,制作出普及气象、与公众沟通的气象日历。

Creative Design and Production of Meteorological Calendar:Taking Example for Guyuan Meteorological Calendar

For serving the local economy,disseminating meteorological knowledge,and enhancing the public ability to use meteorology,through the system design,the general perpetual calendar was added by the popular meteorological knowledge,including the probability of the important weather and climate affecting people’s livelihood,the prevention technology of disaster weather,the meteorological information in the key period of agricultural and pastoral production,the 24 solar term,the applicability of meteorological proverbs,the meteorological business,and the application value assessment of meteorological products.The meteorological calendar of disseminating meteorological knowledge and communicating with the masses was made by using Visual Basic computer language.
