辣椒黄绿苗胞质雄性不育系生化特性研究

摘    要:研究了辣椒黄绿苗胞质雄性不育系YBM-A6、保持系YBM-B6及96-140绿苗的花蕾和叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性变化。结果表明:YBM-A6花蕾中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量明显少于保持系,且呈减少趋势,而不育系YBM-A6叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸变化趋势与保持系YBM-B6及96-140变化趋势相同;YBM-A6花蕾及叶片CAT活性均低于其保持系;SOD和POD活性则高于其保持系。说明上述物质含量和酶活性变化可能与黄绿苗胞质雄性不育系YBM-A6的不育有关。

Abstract:The author studied the soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and SOD,POD and CAT activities in buds and leaves of hot pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) cytoplasmic male sterile line YBM-A6,maintainer line YBM-B6,and 96-140 green seedlings.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline in the buds of YBM-A6 were significantly less than those of its maintainer line YBM-B6,and showed a decreasing trend.While the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline in the leaves of YBM-A6 showed the same trend as those of YBM-B6 and 96-140.The activity of CAT in both buds and leaves of YBM-A6 was lower than that of YBM-B6,while the activities of SOD and POD in YBM-A6 were higher than those in YBM-B6.In conclusion,the changes in above substance content and enzymatic activity were possibly related to the sterility of cytoplasmic male sterile line YBM-A6 with yellow-green seedling marker.
