摘    要:研究不同取材时期、材料处理、抗褐化、无机盐浓度、生长调节剂及光照等因子,对新梨7号芽诱导、增殖分化、生根培养的影响.结果表明:外植体接种最佳时间为5月份,经8-HQS处理下的外植体,接种于AS+6-BA 2.0+IBA 0.05+GA3 0.2+抗坏血酸0.3(mg/ml)培养基中,前期暗光,后期10 h/d光照下培养,有利于芽的生长增殖及减轻褐变.生根培养以1/2MS+IBA 2.0 mg/ml,14 h/d光照下培养,显著提高生根率.

The Study of Some Factors Influencing the Rapid Propagation of Xinli No.7 Pear
Abstract:The effects of various factors including different selecting period and treatment of material, browning control, concentration of Non-organic, phytohormone and light on adventitious bud induction, multiplication and differentiation, rooting culture of Xinli No.7 pear were studied. It was showed that the best tissue culture period is in May and the optimum induction medium is AS+6-BA 2 0mg/ml+IBA 0 05mg/ml+GA 3 0 2mg/ml+Vc 0 3mg/ml. It needs dark culture in early and light culture of 10 h a day later, which is of benefit to adventitious bud multiplication and browning decrease. The optimum rooting medium is 1/2MS+IBA 2 0mg/ml with 14 h light culture, which significantly promoted the rate of rooting.
