HPLC法测定烟台柴胡中芦丁和槲皮素的含量

[目的]采用高效液相色谱测定烟台柴胡全草提取物中芦丁和槲皮素的含量。[方法]色谱柱为Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(含浓度0.1%磷酸),采用梯度洗脱方法,流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为360 nm。[结果]平均回收率分别为100.47%和99.50%,RSD分别为1.34%和0.41%。烟台柴胡全草中的芦丁和槲皮素的平均含量分别为83.00和102.68μg/g。[结论]该方法准确可靠,可用于测定烟台柴胡全草中的芦丁和槲皮素的含量。

HPLC Determination of Rutin and Quercetin Content in Bupleururn chinense

[Objective] To determine rutin and quercetin content in the whole plant of Bupleururn chinense by using HPLC method.[Method] Agilent C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was applied with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution,gradient elution was selected with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the UV detector was set at 360 nm.[Result] The average recovery rate are 100.47% and 99.50%,RSD are 1.34% and 0.41%.The average content of rutin and quercetin in the whole plant of BupLeururn chinense are 83.00 and 102.68 μg/g.[Conclusion] The method is fast,accurate and reliable.It is suitable for content determination of rutin and quercetin in the whole plant of Bupleururn chinense.
