施氮量对2个冬小麦品种旗叶蔗糖合成动态的影响

摘    要:[目的]明确施氮量对冬小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)旗叶中蔗糖合成动态的影响。[方法]冬小麦品种有2个,温麦6号和太空6号;氮素水平有5个:0、90、180、270、360 kg/m2。花后0、5、10、15、20、25、30 d取旗叶测定指标。[结果]小麦旗叶中蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性在开花后15 d最高,蔗糖含量在开花后15 d左右最高,蔗糖含量与SPS活性呈显著正相关。温麦6号,在整个灌浆期不施氮处理的蔗糖含量最低,SPS活性最弱;灌浆中期前,施氮量270 kg/m2处理的蔗糖含量最高,SPS活性最强;后期,施氮量360 kg/m2处理的蔗糖含量最高,SPS活性最强。太空6号,在灌浆前期,施氮量360 kg/m2处理的蔗糖含量最低,SPS活性最弱,未施氮处理的蔗糖含量最高,SPS活性最强;灌浆中期,施氮量180 kg/m2处理蔗糖含量最高,SPS活性最强,施氮量360 kg/m2处理蔗糖含量最低,SPS活性最弱;灌浆后期,施氮量180 kg/m2处理蔗糖含量最高,SPS活性最强,未施氮处理蔗糖含量最低,SPS活性最弱。[结论]该研究可为小麦高产栽培的氮素运筹和提高营养品质提供理论基础。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to confirm on the effects of nitrogen fertilization on flag leaf sucrose synthesis of two winter wheat cultivars.[Method] Two winter wheat cultivars was Wenmai No.6 and Taikong No.6,resp.;nitrogen fertilization levels was 0,90,180,270,360 kg/m2,resp..All indices were determined at 0,5,10,15,20,25,30 days after anthesis.[Result] The results showed that the sucrose phosphoric acid synthesis enzyme(SPS) activity of flag leaf reached the strongest value at 15 days after anthesis,the sucrose content was the highest at about 15 days after anthesis,and the sucrose content was correlated significantly with the SPS activity.The sucrose content of Wenmai 6 was the lowest at grains filling stage under no nitrogen fertilization,and the SPS activity was also the lowest;the sucrose content of applying nitrogen fertilization 270 kg/m2 was the highest before the middle of grains filling stage,and the SPS activity was also the strongest;the sucrose content of applying nitrogen fertilization 360 kg/m2 was the highest at the later of grains filling stage,and the SPS activity was also the strongest.At the early grains filling stage,the sucrose content of Taikong 6 was the lowest under the treatment of applying nitrogen fertilization 360 kg/m2,and the SPS activity was also the weakest,while the sucrose content was the highest and SPS activity was the strongest of no nitrogen fertilization treatment;at the middle grains filling stage,the sucrose content of applying nitrogen fertilization 180 kg/m2 was was the highest and the SPS activity was also the strongest,while the sucrose content was the lowest and the SPS activity was the weakest of the treatment of applying nitrogen fertilization 360 kg/m2;at the later grains filling stage,the sucrose content of applying nitrogen fertilization 180 kg/m2 was was the highest and the SPS activity was also the strongest,while the sucrose content was the lowest and the SPS activity was the weakest of the treatment of no nitrogen fertilization treatment.[Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis for the nitrogen management of wheat high yield cultivation and improving its nutritional quality.
