摘    要:[目的]对酶法提取虎杖中白藜芦醇的工艺条件进行优化。[方法]采用单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方法,确定用酶法从虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的最佳工艺条件。[结果]从虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的最佳工艺为:料水比1∶15(V/V),漆酶含量0.30%,纤维素酶含量0.50%,木聚糖酶含量0.40%,β-葡聚糖酶含量0.20%,pH 4.4,在此条件下白藜芦醇的得率达0.592%。[结论]该研究为白藜芦醇的开发及综合利用提供了研究基础。

Optimization of Extraction Process of Resveratrol from Polygoni cuspidati by Enzymatic Method

Abstract:[Objective] The paper was to optimize the extraction process of resveratrol from Polygoni cuspidati by enzymatic method.[Method] The best conditions of extraction of resveratrol from P.cuspidati by enzymatic method were determined by using the method of single factor experiment combined with orthogonal experiment.[Result] The best extraction process of resveratrol from P.cuspidati was that,the ratio of material and water was 1∶15(V/V);laccase content was 0.30%;cellulose content was 0.50%;xylanase content was 0.40%;β-glucanase content was 0.20%;pH 4.4,and the yield of resveratrol under these conditions was up to 0.592%.[Conclusion] The study provided a research basis for the development and utilization of resveratrol.
