桦褐孔菌碱溶多糖提取工艺条件优化研究

摘    要:[目的]优化桦褐孔菌碱溶多糖的提取工艺。[方法]以桦褐孔菌为原料,通过稀碱法提取碱溶多糖,以多糖得率为指标,采用单因素分析和正交试验测定碱溶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。[结果]试验得出,桦褐孔菌碱溶多糖的最佳提取工艺为碱液浓度0.5mol/L、料液比1∶30 g/ml、提取温度80℃,在此条件下,桦褐孔菌多糖得率可达3.83%。[结论]研究可为桦褐孔菌的开发利用提供理论依据。

Optimization of Extraction Conditions of Alkali Soluble Polysaccharide from Inonotus obliquus

Abstract:[Objective] To optimize the extraction technique of alkali soluble polysaccharide from Inonotus obliquus.[Method] With Inonotus obliquus as raw material,alkali soluble polysaccharide were extracted by dilute alkali method.With the yield of polysaccharide as index,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained by single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment.[Result] The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions are alkaline concentration 0.5 mol/L,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30 g/ml,extraction temperature 80 ℃,under this condition,rate up to 3.83%.[Conclusion] The study will provide theoretical basis for development and utilization of Inonotus obliquus.
