摘 要: | [目的]确定大麦(Hordeum vulgare L.)芽苗菜生产的适宜处理温度和采收时间。[方法]利用正交试验设计,研究不同温度处理(15、20、25、30℃)和采收时间(9、10、11 d)2个因素对大麦芽苗菜生长和产量的影响。[结果]A3B2(即处理温度为25℃,采收时间为10 d)处理下大麦芽苗菜的株高较高为12.7 cm,生物产量和经济产量最高,分别为77.19和1.44 kg/m2。[结论]该研究可为提高大麦芽苗菜产量、制订高产优质的栽培技术提供理论依据。

Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to confirm on the suitable treatment temperature and harvest time of barley sprouts production.[Method] Through orthogonal test design,the effects of different treatment temperature(15,20,25 and 30 ℃) and harvest time(9,10 and 11 d) on barley sprout growth and yield were studied.[Result] The results showed that plant height was higher namely 12.7 cm,biological and economic yield was the highest namely 77.19 and 1.44 kg/m2 respectively under A3B2 treatment of 25 ℃ treatment temperature and 10 d harvest time.[Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis for improving barely sprouts yield and working out its high yield and good quality cultivation technology. |
