薄荚相思种子离体萌发与快速繁殖

摘    要:以薄荚相思优良种子为材料,进行离体快繁技术的初步研究。结果表明:薄荚相思种子经浓硫酸结合沸水处理后,离体萌发率达90%以上;比较适宜的增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg.L-1BA;在1/2MS+1.0 mg.L-1IBA培养基上,生根率几乎达100%。

Abstract:The good seeds of Acacia leptocarpa were used as explants for the preliminary study on the micropropagation.The results showed that the in vitro germination rate was over 90% after the seeds had been treated with the thick vitriol combined with the boiled water;the MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg·L~(-1) BA was suitable for proliferation,and the rooting rate almost reached 100% on the 1/2MS medium adding 1.0 mg·L~(-1) IBA.
