致病性大肠杆菌耐药性与其质粒相关性研究

对本地临床分离的20株致病性大肠杆菌进行耐药性检测和质粒检测。耐药性检测结果显示,受检20株致病性大肠杆菌对临床常用5种抗菌药物均表现为耐药,大肠杆菌耐药程度及多重耐药现象较为严重。质粒图谱分析结果表明,在大肠杆菌耐药性菌株中,尤其是耐药程度较高且呈多重耐药的菌株中,耐药质粒的检出率较高。实验结果提示:致病性大肠杆菌耐药性与其耐药质粒存在密切相关。

Study on Correlation of Resistance to Drugs of Pathogenic Escherichia coil with Its Plasmid

The resistance to drugs and the plasmid of 20 strains of local pathogenic E.coli separated cliuically were determined.The test results of resistance to drugs showed that 20 strains of E.coli examined resisted to five kinds of antibiotic drugs used clinically,indicating that the degree of resistance to drugs of E.coli was relativey serious,and there was the phenomenon of multiple resistance to drugs.The results of plasmid map analysis showed that there was higher detection rate of the plasmid of resistance to drugs in the strains of E.coli of resistance to drugs,especially in the strains of higher degree of resistance to drugs and the stains of multiple resistance to drugs,The results of test Suggested that there was a close correlation of to resistance to drugs of pathogemic E.coli with the plasmid of resistance to drugs.
