摘    要:采用3因素4水平的正交试验,研究了播期、种植密度、氮肥用量对菜用大豆华春18产量及品质的影响。结果表明,播期对菜用大豆产量的影响最大,华春18在3月15日播种,密度每公顷33万株,氮肥用量每公顷120kg时的产量最高。菜用大豆的产量与二粒荚数呈极显著正相关,而百荚重、每荚实粒数等外观品质则主要取决于多粒荚所占的比例,种植密度低的菜用大豆的外观品质较好。播期对菜用大豆籽粒的蛋白质含量有影响,适施氮肥能增加籽粒中维生素C的含量。

Effect of planting date, plant density and nitrogen application rate on yield and quality of vegetable soybean
Abstract:A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect ofplanting date, plant density and nitrogen application rate on yield and quality of vegetable soybean variety Huachun 18. The results showed that planting date was more important for fresh pods yield than nitrogen application rate and density. Optimal result was achieved with the treatment of planted on March 15, 330 000 plants per hectare and applied 120 kg nitrogen per hectare. There was strong positive correlation between the fresh pod production and the number of two-seed pod. The coefficient between appearance quality and the number of multiple-seed pod was also high. The lower plant density has the better appearance quality. Planting date affects protein content of vegetable soybean, while using adaptable nitrogen increases the vitamin C content.
