| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了糙米低温储藏技术在国内外的研究和发展。根据我国地理区域及自然环境将我国储粮区域分为三类,即低温区、中温区、高温区,并根据各区域的地理条件及生态环境,介绍了糙米低温储藏方法在各区域的应用。

| Abstract: | The study and the development of the storage technique of brown rice in low temperature were introduced.According to China's geographic area and natural environment,three areas with low temperature area,medium temperature area and high temperature area were divided.And according to different area's geographic condition and ecological environment,the application of brown rice's storage method in low temperature in every district was recommended. |
