| 摘 要： | 对枫香树叶水提取液纯化分级处理并进行分子量表征,采用培养皿滤纸抑菌圈法检验各级分对辣椒黑斑病病原Alternariaalternata抑菌能力效果,研究了野生枫香叶单宁不同级分抑菌能力上的差异。结果表明:对辣椒黑斑病病原抑菌能力乙醚级分>乙酸乙酯级分>萃余水级分。不同提取方法和不同分子量对抑菌作用存在较大差异。

| Abstract: | The study aimed at difference of bacteriostatic ability for various grading of tannin in the leaves of Liquidambar Formosana Hance.The aqueous extractant was purified and graded, and the molecular weights of different gradings were testified. Moreover, by using the method of the bacteriostatic ring, the bacteriostatic ability of the gradings to the pepper black spot was tested. The results showed that the order of the bacteriostatic ability to the pepper black spot is: the ether grading > the ethyl acetate grading > the remaining aqueous grading. The different extracting methods and different molecular weights have much influence on the bacteriostatic ability. |
