| 摘 要： | 随着网络媒体的崛起和社会信息的透明化，网络舆情呈现出多元性、突发性、复杂性等新趋势、新特点，这就迫切要求高校大力弘扬社会主义核心价值体系，坚持正确的网络舆论导向，提高网上舆论引导能力，着力加强网上主流舆论阵地建设，构建健康向上的高校网络舆论环境。

| Abstract: | With the rise of online media and the transparency of social information,the network shows the diversity of public opinion,unexpected,complex new trends and other new features.So,it is an urgent need to vigorously promote the socialist core value system in the universities to adhere to the correct network media oriented to improve the ability of online media guide,to focus on strengthening the mainstream public opinion front-line construction,and to build the healthy network environment of public opinion in the universities. |
