不同规格乌苏里拟鲿耗氧率及窒息点研究

摘    要:采用流水封闭式装置,测定了不同大小乌苏里拟鲿的耗氧率和窒息点及其24h的昼夜变化情况。结果表明,大(16.97±1.94g)、中(1.06±0.06g)和小规格(0.10±0.01g)乌苏里拟鲿耗氧率分别为0.1608、0.1912和0.2750mg/h·g,且各组间差异极显著(P〈0.01);窒息点分别为0.4114、0.5719和0.8652mg/L,且各组间差异极显著(P〈0.01)。所有规格乌苏里拟鲿晚上11:00耗氧率最高,其中大规格和中规格晚上(20:00-8:00)耗氧率持续高于白天(8:00—18:00),且分别在白天和晚上两时段内耗氧率平稳,而小规格乌苏里拟鲿昼夜耗氧率没有明显规律性变化;所有规格乌苏里拟鲿晚上平均耗氧率均高于白天。

Abstract:The oxygen consumption rates and suffocation points of three sizes Pseudobagras ussuriensis were determined using enclosed device with flowing water. The change of oxygen consumption rate in 24 h was also monitored. The results show that the oxygen consumption rate of large ( 16.97±1.94 g) , medium ( 1.06±0.06 g) and small size (0.10±0.01 g) were 0.160 8, 0.191 2 and 0.275 0 mg/h g, respectively, the differences among the three sizes were extremely significant (P〈0.01) and their asphyxia pcints were 0.411 4, 0.571 9 and 0.865 2 mg/L, respectively, the differences among the three sizes were also extremely significant (P〈0.01) . All peaks of oxygen consumption rate of the three sizes appeared at around 11 : 00 in the evening. The oxygen consumption rates of large and medium sizes during night (20: 00-8: 00) were higher consistently and stably than that during day (8: 00-18: 00), but that of small size did not show regular change. The average oxygen consumption rates of the three sizes during night were higher than that during day.
