| 摘 要： | 石椒5号是以辣椒胞质雄性不育系M4A为母本,以恢复系C10311为父本配制的辣椒一代杂种。早中熟,果实细长羊角形,果面光滑,顺直美观,纵径19cm,横径1.3~1.4cm,果肉厚0.2cm,平均单果鲜质量15g;青熟果绿色,老熟果大红色,味辛辣,商品性好。田间对炭疽病、病毒病、细菌性叶斑病的抗性强于对照二金条。一般每667m2产鲜红椒2000kg左右。适宜在重庆海拔200~1000m地区及相似区域作鲜食、酱制、干制和腌制加工种植。

| Abstract: | ‘Shijiao No.5’ is a F1 hybrid hot pepper bred by crossing cytoplasmic male sterile line‘ M4A’ as
female parent and restorer line‘ C10311’ as male parent．It is of early and medium maturity．Its fruit is of long
and thin horn shape，and has smooth peel．It is 19 cm in length and 1.3-1.4 cm in width．Its fresh thickness is
0.2 cm，and the average single fruit weight is 15 g．The unmatured fruit is green in color and the matured one is
red in color．This variety is very spicy with good commercial quality．Normally it can yield about 30 t·hm-2．It
is suitable to be planted in Chongqing with 200-1 000 m altitude，and at regions with similar condition. |
