水分胁迫下常夏石竹的生理指标分析

摘    要:以采种于黑龙江省亚布力林业局生态园和吉林省北华大学实验区的常夏石竹为对象,采用盆栽控水进行水分胁迫的措施设计,比较水分胁迫下两个地区常夏石竹的组织相对含水量(RWC)、质膜相对透性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、净光合速率(Pn)等生理变化。结果表明:在水分胁迫下,亚布力的常夏石竹RWC、Pro含量相对较高,质膜相对透性相对较低;来自于吉林的常夏石竹相对较弱,即来自于亚布力的常夏石竹抵御水分胁迫的能力相对较强。

Abstract:Dianthus plumarius seeds, collected from the ecological garden of Yabuli Forestry Bureau, Heilongjiang Province and the experimental plot of Beihua University, Jilin Province, were used as experimental materials. The relative water content, relative membrane permeability, proline content and net photosynthetic rate of the seedlings were compared under water stress by the method of water controllable pot planting. Results showed that the relative water content and proline content were relatively higher and the relative membrane permeability was relatively lower for D. plumarius seedlings from Heilongjiang under water stress compared with those from Jilin Province. It is indicated that the D. plumarius from Heilongjiang has stronger water stress -resistance.
