人工蛹虫草固体培养基虫草素的分离纯化研究

摘    要:以人工蛹虫草固体培养基为原料,首先热水浸提虫草素,然后设计单因素试验和正交试验,通过离子交换层析进行分离。结果表明:洗脱流速、料水比为主要影响因子。最优条件为:料水比1∶16,洗脱流速为30滴/min,离子柱pH 3.5,此时虫草素的得率为0.014 2%。

Abstract:Cordycepin from the solid medium of Cordyceps militaris was extracted by hot water,and was isolated through the method of ion exchange chromatography,then single factor test and orthogonal test were designed.The result showed the main influential factors were ratio of material to water and flow rate of eluent.On the most optimal condition that the material to water is1∶16,the flow speed is 30drop/min,and the pH is 3.5,the extraction efficiency of cordycepin is 0.0142%.
